If you're new to online training you might be wondering how it all works...

You receive a workout catered to your goals through our smart phone app with video demonstrations of all the exercises.

You track every rep of every set. We are connected to you through the app, email conversations and our community chat group to provide support and answer questions

While following your customized meal plan we post videos and answer questions in the supportive community face book chat and via email.

Once a week you upload your photos, measurements, and weight and answer our comprehensive questionnaire. We review the questionnaire and provide feedback and needed modifications to ensure your growth throughout the six weeks.

Just a quick note to thank Matt for everything you have done while dealing with my picky dieting and my eating habits… also taking the time to have the best training programs to make me the way I look and feel for the last 4 months.  Looking back to March , and looking at my pictures and thinking why didn’t I contact Matt before !  Then I started following Matt’s training and diet program and things got better, my clothes started to fit better, people noticed I was looking healthier and I could walk a few flights of stairs without feeling like I ran a marathon. Now putting on my size S Tshirt after wearing XL size for the longest time , all the hard work has paid off and I am extremely happy with the way I look and I haven’t felt this fit or healthy in years!
