What is Savage Training?

It’s more than just an intense, science based training protocol. It’s a family. We are just as excited to see you reach your goals as you are. We welcome you with open arms!

There are 3 training programs to choose from. Shred, Life Style and Lean Gains

Shred is a competition prep style training program designed to get your physique lean! It’s an intense program with workouts ranging from 1-2 hours 6 days a week. Fasted cardio and training later in the day is encouraged. This is an intense program! I do not recommend doing for more than 3 months at a time. Followed with a proper fat loss diet you can expect to see incredible fat loss result.

Lean Gains is a hypertrophy focused program. Using proven effective training methods with various rep ranges and super sets, you can expect to tear up all your muscle fibres by reaching muscle failure in most workouts. Cardio is minimal, but intense. With a mass building eating regiment you can expect to pack on some serious muscle. Alternatively, if you are looking to burn fat at tighten up, this program will work for you as well with a reduced calories. Optional cardio has is included for those who wish to lean out without going “competition prep” intense with their training.

Life Style– short and sweet workouts 5 days a week. Various workout splits designed to torch calories, build muscle and burn fat and keep you on track with your training. Just because your life is busy doesn’t mean you can’t work on your fitness. Workouts are designed to be 45-75 minutes long with a mixture of strength training and HIIT cardio to make the most of your time in the gym.

I do recommend cycling through programs. If at any point you wish to switch your program, just contact Xenia and she will be happy to move you into another program of choice once the current 2 week phase runs its course. Program switches can only be done at the end of the current phase you are in.

About Savage Society

Savage society is an online community of fitness minded individuals doing the Savage Training Programs. We are a tightly knit family, constantly expanding, so you won’t be the new person for long!
